I have made this thread for general discussions about ISRC and i think maybe we should give our members a small bonus for signing up here
I think we need to get the crew running a bit smoother im wondering if we should start a recruiting campaign i will be more active soon and i have noticed our members are either inactive or they are not impressed by the direction ISRC is heading.
I have also noticed a rise in the amount of other crews recruiting English speaking players and we need to try and hang on to the small amount of members we have left.
All ideas are welcome especially from our boss and deputy

Very good point! I think everyone should as any (English speaking) cool players who are free agents to join our crew. I think we should be focusing on new players, because they are the ones that need most help with the game and we as a crew will be able to provide them that help. Many of our most active players have joined our crew when they had just started playing and they won't ever forget who showed them the ropes. I haven't had much time to play recently, but I may be able to come online this weekend or next week. In fact, there's a NFS World beta going on ATM and I have only been there too 2 for short period of time last weekend. Jussi PS. Not being unemployed is great, except there isn't much time for games when the work swallows over 10 hours of your waking hours.

Well i thought thats why Tim is number 2 to take some of the load off you but from what i see and i have been away for a while and nothing has changed accept we have hardly any active members not even enough to have a crew event which is very bad. I think we need to come up with some kind of strategy or ISRC will not be around for much longer in level R well maybe me and tim and you lol. I have heard lots of other crews recruiting english speaking people that they give you cars or items for certain achievements or even guaranteed weekend events for the crew so maybe we need to come up with a active incentive idea.

I do not like paying for crew members. People should feel privileged enough to be ISRC members as is. Besides, there were a bunch of crews giving out cars in PT and then there were a whole lot of people taking advantage of that, joining and leaving crews after they got their signing in bonus. What we need is a small group of new players who still find the game fun. Most of the PT veterans find the new payout system so unrewarding, they really do not want to play anymore. It's really weird, because the game was never about grinding to me, but when they go low enough with those payments, something just switches inside your head and the whole game starts to feel like shit. What we need is a therapy group for recovering high payout veterans. ...and we need our crew members to come here. This crew lives here and goes to games for racing, not lives in games and comes here for writing. Too bad Level-R is not appealing enough to get our existing members interested. Jussi

I think some crew events are needed and i also don't see any harm in giving away a few tools here and there i wouldn't give cars away either but something is definitely needed to help keep players in the crew like special race weekends.
You set an achievement level for example if they do 100 races over the week end they get 10 pcs of item of choice nothing over the top or maybe we try a picture based competition again you know something to give ISRC that wow factor and add that extra bit of fun to the game

I like the idea of re-opening our picture based races, now that the upgrades and the track have changed.
You go ahead and advertise in game and I'll go setup new dates on those competition threads.

The main issue at this point in time is we lack enough active members to make it worth while we did that a while back and not many got full usage due to everyone been all over the place we will be looking into this but we still in crew clean up process and us 3 top guys have not been as active as we used to be but we are starting to get handle on the situation in around 2 weeks i will be back online after long offline period well not offline just no time to play so i only on for 30 mins sometimes. We have the idea's its just cleaning up and moving forwards and getting all our crew members on here so they can find out what is going on within the crew which has been an issue we have many members but only small percent come to this forum.

a suggestion then , you might want to put it as a requirment to register at this forum and fill out a sort of registration form prior to letting them in youre crew , besides pointing them to and getting them to visit the forum at least once or twice it would mean you also have there email and can send out mailing lists when things go south or attention is required
