Hey again Thanks for the cheering and comments. I tried to beat the WR at Silverstone National before I had to go to school (currently taking a forklift certificate). I am sure I can beat that WR with some more runs since this run was not perfect. Although I am quite happy after all doing a 46.797 lap time - only some 00.005 slower than the WR. I really wonder how your Zonda is sooo stable I'm sure I can do 46.8 too, but often screw up in the corner after the 'Copscorner' Is there a trick? Btw, awesome lap for sure!

Hey Where is my car stable sesfontain - cornering? When I brake down into that 1st very slow turn i need to do it with the car going straight or else i will slide all over. Accelerating again I need to wait a little shifting into 3rd or else it spins off. Again coming into the S-curve I downshift to 3rd and then instantly into 2nd and then I make the turn and try to accelerate as fast as possible into 3rd and then again to gain control in that corner I need to downshift into 2nd and let go a bit of the gas pedal to get grip and then I accelerate out the turn. I guarantee you it sounds easier than done doing the S-curve like that - 8 out of 10 times it spins off for me. Stable? Not even close Poul

I tried again on Silverstone National and this time I managed to keep it in 3rd without losing it in that last turn in the S-curve. -was a little bit faster but enough - did 46.781 lap time. Poul Edited: Nice I got an exalt

Sorry I screw this all up, hope this works.
Brands Hatch GP current standing
the calculation would be; 1. 1.13.515 Learder 2. 1.13.723 2nd Place 3. 1.13.790 (Poul time) You need a 0.00.274 to beat the learder by 0.00.001 sec You need a 0.00.066 to beat second place by 0.00.001 sec
If I were a betting man which I am; I would bet Poul will beat the learders time with in a week from now...

What track are you talking about Sunny, Brands Hatch GP? I was talking about Silverstone National which I cleary state in the post above and the one you highlighted.
Poul
Edited: And I did beat it - not much though - only by 00.011

Hey all
Before I had to go to this morning i tried to beat that awesome record set by Cipriani at Karussell 2.01.347 at wrecord.
I was able to do the first 2 sectors in a great time - but I messed up 3rd sector - final time 2.01.432. I will hopefully be able to beat it sometime tonight. I wonder what Cipriani is doing though - long time since I saw him here or online in Shift.
CiprianiĀ“s sectors: 0:44.562 0:42.300 0:34.484
My sectors: 0:44.168 0:42.381 0:34.883
After screwing up that last 3rd sector I was ready to put my fist into the screen. I hit that wall at the end where you slow down to 2nd gear and then I d**n hit it again accelerating out of the turn, that really was frustrating but I will try again. If I am unable to beat the time I will upload a video of my 2.01.432

Good luck Poul! I expect to see under 2:01 from you. Thank you for your confident in me Aaron , but I only managed 2:01.132 with these sector times: 1st 0:44.342 2nd 0:42.230 and 3rd 0:34.560. I guess that is OK, but I really would like to do a 2:00.000 since my best sector times combined would give a high 2:00.800 I will upload the video and then you can see the small mistakes I make and that even a low 2:00.000 should be possible. Good luck Poul! I expect to see under 2:01 from you. Aaron I think you should be able to at least keep up with Poul, How about you placing second or third on this same track? We can call it a challenge to make it interesting.....

Hey Norman Really nice to see you are still alive and well I hope I wondered what you had been doing these last months - now perhaps we ought to teach the new kids on the block in our PBRCĀ“s a few things about racing here at ISRC II It took me 4 hours today including some breakes to finally beat that time of yours at Karussell. I know a 2:00 time is possible, but damn hard to get everything perfect. As you can see in my video of that race I still slide a bit too much and at the end when downshifting into 2nd from 270+ km/h I was a little too late on the brakes and slided too far out before I was able to get control. Anyway glad to see you online in ISRC II again and welcome back - you have been missed. Poul www.youtube.com/watch?v=EI9L7nArld8Remember to click on 1080p to see in HD
