Created this thread to discuss dejanboskov's problem here instead of filling up Tomek's event with it. Discussion started here: Driving Home for Christmas Challenge - Part 2Connect back the hdd to the motherboard and if the windows still starts without problems, then it should be safe to uninstall the driver.

Windows works without any problems. All I did today is: Placed the hdd back to motherboard; Remove the drivers; Reboot; Instal drivers back; Place back the hdd to the pci card. So far the windows works fine as it was but I still haven't tried with nfsw or any other problematic game(nfs HP 2010,DMC5,FC3 and 4,....) edit: 20 minutes and game crashes again

But you haven't tried that these games were ok when you switched back to motherboard, right?
Could you please tell us the manufacturer and type of this pci card?
What did you intend to do on the screenshots, uninstall the driver again? I personally don't know this "Your Uninstaller!" program, no idea if it does any good (or bad).
Also, make sure your windows (and .NET libraries, too) is up to date in Windows Update.
Frankly, I'm starting to lose faith that I will be able to help you by this way, over internet. Finding someone locally who has experience in such things to take a look at your PC at its place, could be much more effective.
(As a side note: You mentioned that the HDD was slow when it was connected to the motherboard. It could be because of not proper chipset/SATA controller driver for example. I had this problem in the past with mine as well, and to fix it I needed to search for a newer driver on the motherboard's manufacturer webpage.)

Microsoft recommends updating drivers through Windows Update. To do so, click the Start button, type Update, then select Windows Update. ... Find and click on the name of the device you want to update, click the Driver tab, then click Update Driver. Follow the instructions to complete the installation.
