I'm done with this this version is way too aggravating for me to put up with. It's almost impossible now to progress by doing pursuits.

They definetly made it harder to level up doing pursuits. Ive been busted 10 times or more and was successful at getting away only a few times. The last beta it was the other way around. The evade meter needs to be longer. Getting busted while driving away from a pileup of cops is frustating Ive used all my learning skills on pursuit powerups this time, especially the longer duration evade meter. Still get busted too easily. I also cannot rent any cars or use speedboost in any way. Game ran fine until i got to level 10, then it crashed on me a few times.

The evade meter needs to be longer. Getting busted while driving away from a pileup of cops is frustating ... I used all my learning skills on pursuit powerups this time. Those don't help. There's no skill to slow down how fast the busted meter fills, and that's what they sped up this time, and why players get busted more often. The only fix is to use the emergency evade soon as you get stuck, or use juggernaut if you see the ramming rhinos approaching. If you start the pursuit first while at driver level one the heat only goes to 2, although now they have spike strips. If you have speed boost you may want to spend it on emergency evade if you think you'll need more than 4 of these. I only got a few of the emergency evades as power ups, usually from the left most lucky draw card after a single player race or short pursuit.

few screenshots after teleporting to Jeff and driving to the bus terminal: Initially the barrier was angled and players could just reset near the barrier to cross over, as in this video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=4kuTjRZgSMw&fmt=22The other main area blocked off is highway 142: www.youtube.com/watch?v=CTaaS4iw9ds&fmt=22Even though every thing beyond the inner barriers is completed, EA decided to block the outer areas off. My guess is they didn't want players to be able to see the ends of the map, although I thought they looked nice, so EA blocked off the outer areas with inner barriers (the ends of the map have outer barriers preventing cars from going off the end of the map). So first they changed the bus terminal barrier to make it flat. However a player could just park close to the barrier, and another player teleporting to that player would end up teleporting beyond the barrier. The first player could then teleport to the second player and they were able to continue to the bus terminal. Next they added a 500 foot (my guestimate) thick invisible barrier just beyond the inner barriers. Although these barriers prevent cars from returning from the bus terminal area back to the main area, it doesn't prevent players from getting in via teleport, and only makes it a bit inconvenient. While inside the invisible barrier the car is in "out of bounds" mode, somewhat unstable, but usually stable enough to get beyond the invisible barrier, and sometimes stable enough to do "out of bounds" exploring as shown in the pictures above. I wonder how much time they've wasted on these inner barriers when they could be fixing the game bugs instead.
