It's flaky. I did a 30 minute pursuit that took out a lot of cops which got me to level 17, almost to 18. Multiplayer races were spotty, taking more than 5 minutes to get into a race, then often timing out, so I did a grind session doing single player races at Lincoln to get enough cash to buy the level 17, $90,000 special edition (stealth in my case) Lotus Elise. Eventually I got to level 20, before the official start time, so I got a bit of a head start.
I continued with about 25 multiplayer races and 90 single player races, more than needed, but I also bought the special edition Charger ($50,000) and level 19 Cayman as a collector car ($100,000),since the Lotus Elise is a overall faster car (a bit less acceleration, but much faster cornering speed and higher top speed).

I am not having as much fun with this version either.. I can't rent a car, I get some weird error, The F...... the cops are kicking my azz. I was up to 53 cars and dang it, I got busted and I was still moving, I mean I was still moving.......
I'll most likely spent the $20.00 on the starter pack......... $20.00 bucks is cheap for a new racing game...
CmdrTomalak (PC/PS3/PS4): Still playing NFS 2015. Haven't checked out the newer ones yet. Payback looked like The Run. Anyone check it out?

CmdrTomalak (PC/PS3/PS4): Yep. Dead. Dead. Dead... Somebody should put it out of its misery. It all started waaaaaay back when Most Wanted came out and we all met on the EA forums and decided to branch out on our own. Sad way to go...

Tonnzzaah (PC/360/PS4): And unfortunately, the way Need For Speed games were for quite long time didn't help this place at all, for starters, I dropped off from NFS games completely. I did get both Shifts, Hot Pursuit (2010) and later Rivals, but they weren't enough...

Chandrian: I don't know how many of you know, but for a while, NFS World has worked very well on a public online server (probably a month or more since it became more stable), containing over 150k registered players.

Chandrian: The sync is now allowing races with more than 2 players, and pretty much all original NFSW features are working. The best part is that everything is available for in-game cash on this server.

Chandrian: You have to start with a new driver profile, but the progression isn't that hard. If you wanna play NFSW online again, then I advise downloading the launcher of this online server and also joining this Discord server:
