All right Rogerio I have now tested 5.07 and 5.08. In my opinion the 5.07 is the best of those two. The 5.08 is way to loose and I had to turn the wheel twice as much to keep the racing line compared to the 5.04. The 5.07 is much much better because that one has some sort of self centering effect which helps when you turn in. It was very much different compared to the 5.08 and the 5.04 and I think perhaps that those videos we see with that odd turning in in turns could be this effect from this profiler version.
I tried this (without getting used to this effect) on the Glendale Club track and i was able to almost match my best on that track in my 2nd try. Now with some additional changes and more experience with this profiler I am sure that I will be 1/2 sec faster on that track just by using this profiler version.
Try both versions on a track where you know all the bumps and turns and I think you will get the same result I have - the 5.07 is better.

Hi!
I see the 5.07 already support G27... I was reading some foruns... I saw very positive comments about 5.07 and close to nothing on 5.08... Anyway, Khekz told me that with 5.04 he couldnt drive with Profiler Steering Sense 100% and In-Game Steering Sense 100%, and that in 5.08 he could... I dont know... This doesnt sound good to me! :x
Anyway, later I will see if I change or not...

Hi! As it turns out I was also using 5.02! I installed 5.07 but had a Glitch in the Profiler Box... So, I remove it and installed 5.08. I am using it... Didnt felt big changes from what I had before... At first I felt the pedals and wheel a bit loose... But then I calibrated them (in other words pressed at max and released all pedals, and turned the wheel 900 degrees to each side) and things returned to normal. So I am with 5.08. Cya! Rogério

Hi Rogerio,
I have a glitch in profiler box with 5.07 too. The Clutch assignment box is huge and its in the upper left hand corner, covering the change profile and start game boxes. Im going to install 5.08 also.

Im going to install 5.08 also. Yep... That was exactly it! I am cool with 5.08... We have similar settings, besides FFB, so you should be ok also. Rogério

I messed up my profiler, the wheel lost calibration and wouldn't re-calibrate with my version 5.0,
So I bit the bullet and upgraded to 5.08 I didn't get any error messages. I had to change the Game Setting Allow game to Adjust Setting /unchecked now the wheel is tight and the car handles better I think. still getting use to the new feel of the wheel. I went from a one handed driver, to two hands the wheel is alot tighter than before.
So far so good
