Better start believing it then... because this news is already kinda old. This thread has been up since the beginning of August. Now your third source stating that there will be no download content and the game - remember this is NFS we're talking about - will feature approx. 360 vehicles in 25 categories just to piss off Gran Turismo... I'm not ready to believe that one just quiet yet. Of course it would be insanely awesome, but it sounds too good to be true. And when things sound too good to be true, they usually are. Just look at that list. Basically they're saying Shift 2 will have 17 Ferrari, and you don't have to pay extra. Yeah, I'm not buying it. I mean I'm buying it if it turns out to be true and stuff, but I'm not buying it. I will buy it. Ah damnit, you know what I mean. (...) PS: The thread title is kinda confusing. For a moment you had me thinking EA is gonna turn Shift 2 into a Porsche Unleashed-sequel.

LOL, I know what you mean. I just wanted to remind everyone about the nice game that will be released very soon, and to show it to some who did not read the post in August (like GreenMonster). All info about this EA Project is top secret now, but I am sure that 300+ cars are possible, especially taking into account that racing tracks and graphic engine won't be much different from ones in SHIFT 1.

TheGreenMonster buy's most racing games that are available. I just bought F1 2010 that piece of chit, It was most likely my fault I bought a digital download from the web, and it was an codemaster partnership thing... Anyway it wouldn't take my security code or allow me to login online.. and I keep getting an error every time my PC boot up... So I un-installed and thats $39.99 down the drain.. I'll buy Hot Pursuit and TD2U and the Shift 2, in 2011 and any other game that might come out next year. New time I'll just buy the codemaster CD,, instead of downloading it. however EA has a better digital download setup than what codemaster has to offers... LOL, I know what you mean. I think you would have liked this F1 game, Sunny. I've come acress many familiar faces that went over to it from shift. You should however contact codemasters and either get a working copy or your money back. Here's the codemasters F1 2010 forum: community.codemasters.com/forum/f1-2010-game-1316Their support email addy: custservice@codemasters.com And many of the tracks you can see in my youtube account: www.youtube.com/user/MrTomasT123They have just finished the first (and maybe only) patch that should fix the problems the game have had. There are some great features in the online part of this game, alot of penalties for noobs trying to cut track or ramm you. Send me a message if you decide to give it another shot and I'll introduce you to setups and what have you. TheGreenMonster buy's most racing games that are available.
