Hotride, go into CCC and deactivate "VSync", this option limits the FPS to the Vertical Refresh rate of your Monitor (60Hz).

Hey all Here is at 1920x1080 - not much less than with 1680x1050 for some odd reason. Sunny what motherboard and CPU are we talking about here? And you want to keep those HD´s you have with your current operating system? Why not change to Windows 7 - you will not regret it after the 3rd day. I think everybody that has changed to that OS will say it´s the best ever made. You might run into trouble if your OS is on a RAID setup - not sure about that - but I think you need to rearrange those when you install them onto a new motherboard. Tell what you have in mind and i can ask some people who know for sure what to do. Poul

I should properly just build a new PC instead of upgrading this one, because I need to have the MS office suite so I can open all my MS Access and Excel, Word files...
I have the MS office 2003 version. Maybe late this year I will be able to afford a new PC and I'll install Windows 7

The only advantage of upgrading my computer now is that I might be able to beat Aaron or Spiko at a race I'm faster than 85% faster than most shift racers, the other 5% its a close neck and neck race, the remaning 10% I can't touch them.

I have another easy question that someone might know..
I just bought a 28 inch wide screen TV and it has a monitor connector on the back... question would this TV support my PC at a higher resolution than 1152 x 864..... before I waste my time trying it out for myself....
rtxus; I am going to wait on a new PC for right now... I have a friend that works at Dell Computers in Austin Texas and we've been talking about him purchasing a high end computer using his employee discount and I'll pay for it....

I pay just under $1,000 for my PC with 1 year next day service from Dell and I'm very happy with it. Building one with same parts I think is more money, so maybe Sunny you can look for one if you like the idea Spiko

If your TV is FullHD you can go up 1920x1080, HD Ready 1280x720 (Xbox like)...I play on a 32" Regza sometimes with 720p and its pretty nice just try it. Dell, ok, i dont like these Computers, i prefer to build my own (chepear, very cheaper and better hardware than DELL own build things) but im sure that with an XPS you will get a new Gaming feeling and if its real that faster machine = better laptimes u will explode your records
