logged into the NFSW site , downloaded the launcher and waited. When the time came started game , got a small update and away I went. Still having probs with frame rate but got better as I progressed , multiplayer races are still doing the same s#$t , but I'll see what happens tonight

I can't get my launcher to update the game.... Any idea's Try running "C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\NFS World\Login.exe" as an administrator. That worked for me. Jussi PS. I did of course first install nfssetup3.exe as an administrator as well.

When I login to my PC,, I am logging in as the administrator everyday. So that can't be the issue..... It still doesn't work, there are hundreds of other racers with this same issue all over the world... Plus I updated the adobe flash to labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer10.html

its possible change the comand? for use g25? thx Luca In order to get my pedals to work I had to set them to "combined axis" and uncheck "allow game to adjust settings" in the profiler. There's also a huge deadzone. I set steering to 140 degrees to compensate. -Dwight

I finnally got the game to run.... I already sent Drew email on my fix
I had to manually add TCP port 12683 & UDP: Outgoing: 31928 to my firewall/Exceptions. I added both statements at the same time. As soon as I click the NFSW icon it started downloading the update

DL'd and in-game. I'm experiencing the FPS drops now. Not many noticable changes so far.
BTW, my update was around 247 MB then after that, each launch DL'd a 7 KB update.

I finally got the game to work and didn't like it.... too much lag worse than even before.
however restarting the game kind of refresh the system and allowed me too race some more.... until the lag came back...

however restarting the game kind of refresh the system and allowed me too race some more.... until the lag came back... I'm still experiencing that same sort of problem. Depending on how the game launches the FPS in races can vary from under 20 to well over 30 and more. So I just keep on re-launching the game until I get a steady connection (or what ever it is that causes this). Jussi

I was quite pleased. Most of the bugs that i didnt like are fixed. Game actually ran really good, no crashes or freezing or lag for me. Much better than the 2nd beta.

Yeah wasnt too impressed with the pursuits , depending on how long a pursuit you did it either didnt give me any rep or just totally crashed at the end screen. Still getting lag , sometimes that bad that the ready green light while waitng for a multiplayer race doenst change quick enough and drops you out making you rejoin the race again and hoping the light turns green before the countdown finishes

Jussi Yeah Jussi that was the game launcher , I downloaded that first and installed then waited , when I logged in it did a small update of about 7mB then everytime you launch the game it does a smaller update of about 6-7Kb
