I was bored this morning and downloaded pics from my camara. Here are a few of the projects i have been doing.
Chevy 350 i built last year.
- bored .60 over
- bigger cam(specs are at my dads)
- ported and polished heads with new valves and springs
- Edelbrock performer air gap intake
- Holley 650 carb
- Summit racing high performance HEI distributer
The only thing not new was the crank and rods.
Before
After
The (dirty)truck it went into(one of my 5 trucks)
Here is the S10 Blazer i have been recently working on. I need to take some more pics now, it looks much better. Almost ready for primer.
I havent done much body work, so this has been practice for me, which is why we used such a rusty truck to begin with. No rust now!
My dad started this along time ago before he hurt his back and now im finishing it. There is alot of custom work done to this truck.
- lowered 6 inches with custom rear suspention, chopped 4 inches, replaced rear windows with steel(for weight and im going to fill the rear with speakers), filled all body lines, fender flares( i made from flat sheet metal), rear roll pan( i made from flat sheet metal), chevy 327 motor, 350 turbo tranny, front grille(not done yet) and alot more i cant think of right now. It doesnt look that low because its on a 4wd chassis, but the frame is only 4 inches off the ground.
That is the exhaust below the roll pan, we've since made wider
An upcoming project. 63 Chevy
