damn, I have bad luck! Every year for the past three years, I've gotten sick less than a week before Halloween! And now it's H1N1!

Here in Brazil, we don´t have much problems. The epidemy was controled and today, the "UPA´S" (ready treatment unit) has controlled all the cases. It´s too much good for a underdeveloped country...

There was a vaccination clinic at my school today. Only way that effect that had on me was that I spent gym class watching Transformers 2 lol.

I'm one of those 'on-the-fence' people. I don't like the fact that agencies are 'scaring' the public. Especially when it comes to encouraging the population to get vaccinated. Personally, I'll probably skip the vaccine. I've never had a flu shot and I've never been incapacitated by one. I'm one of those believers that feels building up a natural immunity is the key to better health. I feel vaccines only serve to force the strains to mutate around them in the long run. I also think like that. I think the reason to why the youth these days gets sick all the time is because they do not go outside to play all day like we did and they don´t eat dirt of the ground like we did. What i´m saying is that they spend too much time inside (at least here in Denmark in the big cities) rather than being outside playing and developing a healthy immune system. Haha, that totally sounds like me. I have to admit I also get a cold several times every year and that is probably the reason why. But at least I never had any serious illness or injury in my life yet, only these "regular" colds from time to time.

Well, in Canada, we have "high priority groups". Like health care workers, pregnant women and such, because we have a shortage of the vaccine, which is wierd because illegal drugs never seem to run out and there's a much higher demand for those! LOL! On another note, since I just got H1N1 (and I'm OK now, thank you ), I don't need the vaccine because it's for prevention, and I already got it so there's no need for it. Yep, the RGX has triumphed doesn't need useless legal drugs anymore!

I've never had a flu shot, I think because I smoke cigarettes it has given me some kind of immune system, that helps me from not catching a cold or getting the flu. However with this H1N1 swine flu I have been washing my hands 10 times a day.
So far so good. knock on wood .........................

I wash my hands 10-20 times everyday no matter what, im kind of a germ freak. Will not drink after ANYONE. If i get H1N1, im screwed. Because i smoke, when i get a cold of flu its twice as bad.

I got vaccinated last week. Did you know the normal flu kills more people each year? The difference? This flu kills not only the elderly and childeren but also healthy individuals, especially in the 30-55 year group.
