Hey Aaron Nice driving Aaron. To avoid hitting the wall in that long curve at start/finish, you need to turn in a bit later before hitting the middle of that corner. In the following chicane with those big blue bags, you need to lift of the gas pedal just as you approach the second line of blue bags on left side - otherwise you slide too much and loose 10/100. I think I am doing that chicane in slower speed and a bit more to the left side after the first blue bag. In 2nd lap you do not need to slow down if you turn in a little later. Look at this link to get an idea of what I mean. You properly all ready know this, but the link can be very helpful with other information. P.S I am able to do that first lap in 49.88 sec - still I think lower is possible Poul www.drivingfast.net/techniques/track_corner.htm

Hey Poul,
After just watching both our videos, i see what you mean about hitting apex a little later. Definetly better. I know i can do better...... maybe 1:37...... but i need to work on London river. Dont know that track very well at all. Hopefully i will get a chance to better my time at Autopolis, but not likely.
Nice link, thank you.

Well I did not do that curve like it´s supposed to in my video and the reason why I know I can do very low 1.37 with some luck.
