All challenges must be done in career mode. Only the times recorded on the leaderboard are valid, so you need a legal working copy of the game for this blacklist.
Here's a list that shows you which tier's races you can use for challenging certain positions:
Here's how the challenging goes:
1. You choose a race from the career mode according to the position you are challenging.
2. You race that race until you're happy with your time.
3. You post a challenge including a screenshot of your time (with a written confirmation) in that person's thread you want to challenge (person above or below you on the blacklist).
4. You send a PM to that person about the challenge.
5. You make a post in your own thread, informing others about the challenge.
6. You wait until your challenge is answered or one whole weekend has passed.
...waiting...
-> If the person you challenged can beat your time with the car you used you lose.
-> If the person you challenged can beat your time with another car you can try again...
-> If you can beat their time with the car they used, you win.
-> If you need to use a different car, they get to try again...
...and so on and so on...
