Hi guys
Before doing the charts Jussi, please take me out of the competition.
As you know I've had a series of problems with my Autolog.
Tried to solve it by reinstalling everything on my PC (windows & stuff , origin client, the game itself) and changing my EA ID and email a bunch of times.
After doing all that the game connected properly to Autolog.
So far so good...
At first start everything was locked and needed to start from scratch, and I mean EVERYTHING.
That I didn't care for. As I made a back-up to my old savegame, I overwritten that over the new one and hoped everything would be back to normal.
Unfortunately it wasn't.
The good: settings were there, still level 30.
The bad: all challenge series were locked, all unlocked cars gone, all multiplayer related objectives/rewards gone, my ID won't appear correctly on friends' SpeedWalls.
I searched the net for ways to get it all back and found an unlocker.
What it is: the game's .exe file, probably modified to have everything unlocked.
It is not a trainer and does absolutely nothing to the racing itself.
It's not an enhancer, it's an unlocker, just like a DLC pack, nothing more.
[** If needed I can provide a link where I got it from in private, so you can see that for yourself ]
So ... I started the game with the new unlocked .exe file and everything got back to normal.
After that first loading I replaced the unlocked .exe with the original .exe file.
Result: all my unlocked cars and rewards were there, challenge series unlocked and showing medals properly, profile items, etc
I still show up as "Your friend" on Speedwalls.
That issue I can't get passed and believe me I tried everything.
Some of you know that already and I must thank you all for the help and support.
OK, that's about all there is to it.
I understand the principles behind ISRC and it's OK if I'll be excluded from competitions.
I joined for the pleasure of being here and knowing some of you. That for me is good enough.
I'd still like to participate within the PBRC forum by sharing an occasional gameplay video or something like that.
Whatever race times I'll do you'll see them on your Speedwalls, as ... your friend.
Thanks for listening.
PS: Sorry if I've posted in the wrong place.
Jussi or aarog, please move/remove the message wherever you think it's best.
