Where are you guys finding this handle mode??? I looked everywhere... I didn't find chit that had to do with handling And for Aaron my wheels works too, just that I keep losing my calibration settings, every time I go into the game I have to re-sign and my buttons.. I've read a few article that said the wheel was slower than the keyboard & gamepad making the wheel a disadvantage.... Just like HP I can't pass or beat some of the Ali cars.... @poul, my left NOS button quit working too awhile back...a little silicone and I place duct tape over the button too hold it in place.... and it's been working ever since... Do you mean Extreme handling in career mode Jussi? You still get one reset on extreme. I dont think you change handling mode for Challenges, or have i missed something? Like Poul, i will do whatever is decided. It doesnt matter to me. Using resets saves a hell of alot of time, but i agree with Wizard, completing the race without resets shows real skill levels. @sunny, i doubt they add anything for the wheel controls. What do mean not supported? Mine works just fine. @poul, are you sure it doesnt just need cleaned? The left button on my wheel quit working a few weeks ago, so i took the wheel apart and cleaned the buttons and used some silicon spray and they work great now.

Well, if taking my wheel apart and cleaning it will help, then I guess I have no excuse for getting a G27. Would not know what to do with my G25 if replaced and would not make much sense, unless a g27 would have an advantage over the G25 - but that I have not seen stated yet.
I have not heard that a pad or keyboard would be superior over a wheel in The Run either - where did that come from?
And I see Brian has beaten my time in this race (without using resets) - so congratulations to him and it would be nice if others than myself would start posting some videos in this challenge. I tested this race some more this morning and in the last 1/4th of the race I was one sec ahead of Brian´s time, but I met oncoming traffic and could not avoid a hit. Sometimes the AI cars are in your way and you simply can not get pass without losing too much time. So in this race there is a lot of luck needed with the AI cars and the rival car. It is better in the 1st section to just stay behind the rival car and hope the rival car builds up a lot of speed and then just simply overtake coming out of the alley or whatever you call that small strip of road (backyard?).

Here is a video Poul and you are absolutely right there is a lot of luck involved in all the challenges when it comes to traffic and the way the AI cars move. 1m26.80 - Wizard70 - AEM Nissan 370Z - 0 Resets Video. youtu.be/UIiVxrnjLo8

In this track a reset is in fact a benefit if you get one in the last sector, because you get a different speed and trajectory line than you would have otherwise. But I agree it is within 1%, so let us you use resets (with a time penalty) - but video is still needed, to avoid exploitations.

I didnt post a time for this event because i am not able to record a video because my fps is at 15 to 20 when using fraps. I guess i will have to upgrade my pc, this dual core cpu is just not able to keep up with this game while trying to record. I know chances of me winning one of these races is very slim, but i still hate to post a time if i cant back it up with a video.

I solved it by recording to a USB external hard drive. A lot of the lag when recording is cause by the read/write overhead. B

I have overclockeded gtx 560 ti Poul, thats not the problem. My cpu is bottlenecking the gpu im pretty sure. Wizard, i have Win7 and The Run on a SSD drive and fraps records to my HDD drive, this had always worked before, but i have an external drive so i will try it anyways, thanks!
Even when not recording, i only get 28, 29 fps, rarely does it hit 30 and i have turned all graphics to low which didnt make any difference when they were on high. I just think i have put off upgrading long enough, its time for i7 finally.

For Rogerio this was first entry and since he was first, he received 103% times for the previous races and was set (permanently) in Professional class. Aaron and Jose got 103% super rally times according to their class. Some things worth noticing. The guy with fastest time also has the most points. Rogério managed to beat Brian in this race with his 1 reset, even though he received a 1% time penalty. Jose looks like a loser, because he got classified with me in the first race and received 103% super rally times calculated from my times in two other races. Jussi
