Hello speedy people. I finally will have some free time after the last installation contract completed and am trying to set my G27 up so I can join you in the PBRC. I have done a bit of research and it would seem that the Logitech Profiler is not being used as the game itself handles all the settings. I have tried both ways, with and without the profiler and have the same problem whichever I use anyway. I have installed patch 1. The problem is the car fishtailing side to side when driving in a straight line a bit like over correcting an over steer but having to do it all the way down the straight . I can get rid of it by lowering the FFB setting to about 10% but then the wheel reacts to slowly with a huge amount of input lag. I was wondering if some of you could share your in game wheel settings for me to try as I have now totally confused myself with mine. B

Try this one.
PC- G25: ---------------------------------------------------- - 12% Steering Sensitivity - 0% Speed Sensitive Steering - 2% Steering Dead Zone - 12% Throttle Sensitivity - 5% Throttle Dead Zone In-Game G27 Controls Preset, Modified Binds. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Logitech Profiler: Steering Wheel axis Properties: - Sensitivity = 0 - Dead Zone = 4 - Range = 96 Profiler Options> Global Device Settings: - Sterring Wheel Settings: 229* (degrees) rotation. - Leave all other default.
It is suggested by "Limerick99" on the official EA forum.
But jokes aside, for the best uncheated wheel settings, I think, we need to ask TomasT.

If there is a way to stop the blasted weaving side to side, then this will be a great thing. I need to get my Shift2 to stop crashing so that I can try it One thing that did help me was shifting to bonnet view instead of cockpit view. I don't know why, but it helped me shave several seconds per lap in some cases.

It was more like I am able to control the car a lot better. Perhaps I get a better feel for what the car is doing and not so much overcorrecting and oversteering I think. Certainly cuts down the wobbles for me.

I found that adding a little dead zone on the steering seems to cut out some of that super annoying unstable wobbling when driving in a straight line.
