This is without cutting that last bank, where you can get +1 sec if you take it wide. Wait, what? There's actually a spot on this track where the game does not disqualify your time for going wide or does it only work, if you do it one purpose?  Jussi PS. I had to run the track several times with each car, just to be able to get a valid time. That down hill section has to be driven so fast that it's really hard to keep the car on the track. |

If you look at Skroting´s video on the 1st page you can see that you can cut that last turn before the finish line quite a bit, perhaps even more than he did. But I too agree that we have to let the game decide on how much cutting is allowed - would not be practical to judge each entry, you also would need a video of the run then. But again, as long as your lap time is valid, then it is ok by me. This is why we need people to post a screen shot of the laps - that way we will know that the lap times are accepted by autolog.

Let the game decide which runs are valid. The yellow text above the leaderboard in career mode post race screens also says whether or not the time is valid. I think it only takes one error for the game to disqualify the time ((but I haven't checked).  Jussi |

I used Poul's setup except downforce at 8-8 and final drive at 1. Could have done 2:16.5, but I'm happy with improving my time with a second or so.  2:17.033 - Skroting - Audi R8 - C995 - 1:06.373 |

I know the feeling, i cant sit here and run 100 laps to try to get the perfect laps anymore. I just get bored or cant concentrate. Hopefully when we get to faster cars, ill be more motivated. |

Sorry Jussi... I wanted to wrote 2m... :x But was under pressure because I thought time was running out... I got around to NFS only 20m before midnight here and because that car had already a setup done, I decided to make an entry... Unfortunately I didnt realise that now I am 1h in front of GMT because of the Summer Day Time... ;P
I should try to improve today, even if it doesnt count, because I felt the setup can be improved, I just didnt know much where for lack of experience and time! :S

In this race, I cut the last lap, a bit, not as much as seen in Paul's video, but the 1st one was clean. Anyway, I dont think cutting gives so much time (or I dont know how to cut correctly), since in a clean race I was just 0.4s slower. Of course that because I made so few attempts, maybe I am completly wrong and I just am still not fast enough, or I was lucky in these runs... Anyway, doesnt really matter... ;P
