Aaron, I just did that race a few hours ago... Since I cant see s h i t, I used the Works R32 to do it! LOL The speed it goes vs the little I have of track view, makes it good, because I have time to actually brake! LOL The funny thing is that I could do a pretty decent time (under 7m), better then if I had stick to one of the fastest, although it didnt count because I went wide somewhere and although I lost time, it was considered cut! :S There are clearly cars that were well done and you barely feel if any wheel lag and others that are terrible... GT3 and GT1 cars are awesome to drive. Mostly the AWD cars are the problem, because they understeer beyong anything resonable, and even if it seems most can be done thru car setup to solve this, others cars just feels something is missing... I just made a R35 Works, because I just love the car, and its clear to me that the wheel input doesnt work the same, the car doesnt turn, but its not understeer only, it really doesnt respond! ;P Rogério

On most video cards you can adjust the gamma, but it may not have an effect during gameplay in full screen mode. I did find that if I changed the video settings to windowed mode, then the desktop gamma settings would work for the game, allowing me to see the tracks. I used a slightly smaller window, and turned video settings to low in case windowed mode is slower than full screen mode.

I ran into a bug last night. I was doing the GT1 races and on the Road America race the car was uncontrollable. It couldn't keep a straight line and would spin out at the drop of a hat. I tried a different car and it was the same. I restarted the game and all was well again.
I'd say some of those yaw stability issues are due to this bug which is obviously intermittent.

The steering thing is so bad that I am almost ready to throw this piece of &?%* into the bin. If you can't point the bloody car in the direction you want it to go what is the point? Useless! Takes all the pleasure out of it.

2 nights ago i started the GT1 career races with the Vette, the car seemed to be on rails, almost like using assists. Last night, it was a whole different car, it had the yaw problem where i couldnt keep the car going straight. So, i restarted game and then i had no ffb. Then i rebooted computer and it was like the Vette was on rails again... What settings are getting lost, profiler, ingame wheel settings or car setups? I have been leaving "use special game settings" unchecked in profiler. This is only the second time something like this has happened, first was with the Elise early in career.

Hi!
For me with GT1 and GT3 cars usually goes well... On the Apollo sometimes I have different FF feeling... But some cars usually dont have any feel at all, is like there was no FF! :S About setups dont know, since I still didnt start to test them...

It is like in the real life, after each and every race car feels a bit different, so you need to readjust the car, tighten the screws,... Do not forget, EA promised to deliver us the "REAL DRIVING EXPERIENCE" Just kidding.

I started using the PS3 version and it was like a breath of fresh air. Could be a profiler problem?

I started using the PS3 version and it was like a breath of fresh air. Could be a profiler problem? What about online gameplay for PS3? Are there a lot of people racing?

Can't say about online right now, the playstation network is closed related to a hacking threat. I can't even get my limited edition rewards until it comes back online. Going by the experience with Shift 1, there is much more online action on PS3 simply due to the much larger player base. More gumbies as well. but you can't win them all.
