I'm thinking of making this car our overall rating cap for December series... It has relatively high overall rating of 355, requires level 20 to buy with in game cash, but is available for anyone with Boost also. I'm sure this stock car won't actually be the best choice for the races, but theoretically it should be just as good as any specially tuned car with same or lower overall rating. What do you think? Should we have a lower rating series first or is this good? Jussi

There is a problem with the performance parts. As we can't store our used parts, so we cannot just remove and apply parts when we want. Plus buying takes lot of cash, which is another great problem. Also there are some problem few players reported that sometimes parts decreases performance instead of increase.
Also, a player won't want to sell his best part for PBRC or any similar type events, cause its really really ... really hard to get good performance parts. And not everyone wants to pay real money for ingame stuffs.
Best thing you can do is just let the players race with what they have.

There's no challenge in the races if the out come is determined by how much time or money one has invested in the game. Our PBRC's have always been about driving pretty much equal equipment, except for the last weeks race... 1:29.30 - BERSERKSLEADER - Silvia (S15) - 273 Overall - MP - 7 pts - Pro 1:29.98 - Grnkjr0 - Silvia (S15) - 236 Overall - SP - 6 pts - Pro 1:30.59 - THEBIGMAN06 - Silvia (S15) - 229 Overall - MP - 5 pts - Pro 1:31.26 - Wheelz2448 - Silvia (S15) - 229 Overall - SP - 4 pts - Semi 1:32.25 - LAMBOGTR - Silvia (S15) - 244 Overall - SP - 3 pts - Semi 1:37.98 - CEVERT - Silvia (S15) - V4 Pro - SP - 2 pts - Semi 1:44.27 - jsskppnn - 240SX (S13) - 187 Overall - MP - 1 pt - Club See, Bes won and Poul was second, but would have been the situation if they too had raced 229 rated Silvia's instead of specially tuned ones. This overall rating limit think is going to happen, I just want to know before tomorrow, if 355 is good to start with or if we should start with something lower, like Evo's 296 or Super Bee's 323. I agree with Jussi that we need to race on even terms. Is it not possible to strip your T2 car for racing parts (the parts one has won by lucky draw or bought with in game money or real money, that you have in your inventory), and then use them on what ever car you want? I too think that it would be unfair if someone can just go buy all the best racing parts, while the Student on a limited budget has to do 10,000 MultiPlayer races, just to win a few and be competitive. We just need to figure out what overall rating should be set on the next months PBRCĀ“s. I will not have time to do anything these next days and following weeks. I am working from 06.00 AM to late evening every day and even Saturday I have to go to work Poul

I'm pretty sure only way you can take anything out of your car in this game is by selling it, but I might be wrong. What I do know is that once you install a part, it's fixed for that particular car forever. Jussi

It's time to look for a track. We'll go with the said 355 and see what sort of cars people come up with. I'm gonna leave the tier open, just in case some contenders want to still drive their super tuned Silvia's. Jussi

I don't think this will work out. It takes too many hours of game play to level up, buy a car, and upgrade with parts. Currently, kitting out a car with all 7 race or pro parts is essentially not possible unless you buy card packs with boost (even then apparently pro parts are rare).
I had a free to play account I was experimenting with, but have now lost interest. I doubt I'll be upgrading any of my version 4 cars from my primary starter pack account any time soon.
The game play has become less and less player friendly over time, with longer pursuits becoming too difficulty to reliably use level up, and short (less than 15 second) pursuits take too long.
Many players have found NFS Wolrd to take an excessive amount of time and rarely play the game or have simply quit playing.
If Hot Pursuit had been a bit better, there would be even fewer players remaining on NFS World.
