We are very excited to announce the next Need for Speed World beta. The third beta will begin on Wednesday, April 7th @ 4pm (GMT) and will end Wednesday, April 14th @ 7:59am (GMT). It will feature almost double the number of participants that we had in beta two and we're happy to say that if you were invited into either Beta one or Beta two, you will be invited to participate in the third beta. So keep checking your inbox for the invitation email; you should receive it sometime tomorrow (April 6th).
So will we be warned not to visit the bus station this time?
I got an email stating they were upset I made a video of the bus station. I removed my video, but there are still other videos of the bus station and beyond at youtube, and photos of car shows at the bus station in threads at ea forums.
Never got an explanation as to why this was an issue, since there was relatively little activity there compared to the car shows and cruises at the stadium and golf course.
Thanks, the bus station was mentioned in Eduardo's blog and in "Ask Marc" #6 at EA forums, and NFS Drew posted a message about the next Beta, yet there's nothing asking players to stay away from the bus station.
I guess we have to re-apply for the 3rd beta copy right? I had to re-apply for the second beta in order to get it too work....
Not according to this: It will feature almost double the number of participants that we had in beta two and we're happy to say that if you were invited into either Beta one or Beta two, you will be invited to participate in the third beta.
I never re-apply and I had access to the 2nd beta.

We know this part of the game is going to be free, however what will EA charge us for?, in order for EA to make money they will need to charge us for some additional upgrades or maybe faster cars, different tracks?
Just like PT the game is free but everything else will cost us something.....
CmdrTomalak (PC/PS3/PS4): Still playing NFS 2015. Haven't checked out the newer ones yet. Payback looked like The Run. Anyone check it out?

CmdrTomalak (PC/PS3/PS4): Yep. Dead. Dead. Dead... Somebody should put it out of its misery. It all started waaaaaay back when Most Wanted came out and we all met on the EA forums and decided to branch out on our own. Sad way to go...

Tonnzzaah (PC/360/PS4): And unfortunately, the way Need For Speed games were for quite long time didn't help this place at all, for starters, I dropped off from NFS games completely. I did get both Shifts, Hot Pursuit (2010) and later Rivals, but they weren't enough...

Chandrian: I don't know how many of you know, but for a while, NFS World has worked very well on a public online server (probably a month or more since it became more stable), containing over 150k registered players.

Chandrian: The sync is now allowing races with more than 2 players, and pretty much all original NFSW features are working. The best part is that everything is available for in-game cash on this server.

Chandrian: You have to start with a new driver profile, but the progression isn't that hard. If you wanna play NFSW online again, then I advise downloading the launcher of this online server and also joining this Discord server:
