After few hours of trying different combinations of upgrades and tuning, only managed to cut 2 seconds from my best time. Oh well... 1.44.100 - Nissan GT-R specV R35 - 13.95

Bobby I have sent you my setup on the GT-R SpecV. You could try that if you have the time. I am not sure it´s better than yours, but it´s worth a shot.

Here's me with my parts and Poul's tuning... ...and here I have Cipriani's parts with Poul's tuning... I would've done another run, but my game hanged again... Jussi PS. These might be faster, but way harder to drive than what I had before.

I have now had several retries and I have no idea how I managed that 54.460. The car is so hard to drive that I'm just trying to keep it on the road and I keep on making mistakes in different parts of the track. Actually even on that fastest lap I did I did hit a few walls going wide. I'm done with this! Jussi

I only once driven with keyboard in this game and that sucked. I guess Rogerio is the guy to ask if there is any difference in setups needed for keyboard vs wheel.
You might wanna exchange that short drive and seem welded chassis for the wide tires. That worked better for me.

Thanks Poul! The wider tires made the car turn better... 1.51.860 - jsskppnn - Nissan GT-R SpecV (R35) - 14.00 Now I'm really done! Jussi PS. I did still hit stuff, but I did not do any cutting!

hehe same here, thanx Paul 1.42.630 - Nissan GT-R specV R35 - 13.95 That's final from me. btw too bad this contest got more to do with tuning than driving. I really don't have much time for tuning testing, so I've always used default set-ups

I think all our competitions are really dependent of right tuning... Luckily we have guys who know how to do that and are willing to share their findings with us tuningly challenged people. Jussi

Hi guys! I had an unforseen situation in my day which together with me being stubborn resulted in this: I still didnt do a lap in London River and the pics below are my best from yesterday when I finished my R35 Setup for Lakeside... I dont know what to do... If I should try to improve Lakeside, which I know I can, or do a Lap in London River to have at least 1 point... Or both! :S I am getting too old for this... Well... go for London River, because I do not have any better than what you posted. In fact my best 1.37.620 or what ever, was also done yesterday and I really did not expect we had 2 races this week - so I did not have time to improve. I will not try to improve my time on Lakeside anyway - I´m too tired from doing London.
