If you decide to make Tier races, take one car ONLY from each Tier and make your and our life easier voted for the stock zl1 all the way. And i would like to stay stock so nobody would use thh to be better... maybe skill mod hack but than we can make the event no perfect start no power up also. I vote for a non so usual car. For example, Scirocco or Audi S5. It would be fun to drive cars we don't use everyday, but problem is car slots. Don't know how many people have a free one. Might be fun w/o PS. And slow

I have been playing World more and more over the last couple of days/weeks, so I think I will be getting back into 'competition' racing again. Not that I will be going round for so many times to try and improve my time, (almost impossible due to random traffic) but just race it once or twice and see where I end up. I have always been a fan of everybody driving the same car. Makes it more for who's the better driver, or has the most luck with traffic in this game.

I would also really appreciate it if the next competition would be one where only IGC content will be allowed (and not a new car every week because I don't have unlimited IGC either) because I am simply not willing to spend any real money on this game just for a series like this. Quite a few people here seem to have no problem with the greed of EA at all and happily get boost stuff for hundreds of euros but I am not one of these people and I never will be.
And I don't have any motivation to try hard if I know that I have a clear disadvantage because of my cars and upgrades, so that I don't have any chance to win anyway. In that case (like in the RRS) I see it as a waste of time to try hard, so I will only do a few tries every week just to get into the lucky draw.

I have a new suggestion. I found unfair that people from weekend driver get the same prize as a pro drivers, maybe we should set a specific time for each race. Most of the guys doing this just to enter lucky draw and, if they're lucky, finish at the 1st place in some lower class. This is unfair for those who takin' hours to improve the time in every race.
So, new race series should be with the same car (IGC or boost), without powerups.

I don't think that all the top finishers spend hours to improve their time and all the low finishers do not. In a few of the races I did try it for hours myself, just to find out that it's pointless because my car was just not competitive.
If I had the best car with the best upgrades I could just do a few tries and it would already be enough to be faster than many people who try for hours with an average car with mediocre upgrades. I am pretty sure that some of the high finishers often don't spend a lot of hours as well.

Top finisher don't have ultra tuned cars neither. It's not on me to judge, cause everyone have their own interests, but you could buy 4 more headstarts for IGC, for a start. 4 seconds is much. Also, try to change part setup on your car. It might work

I found unfair that people from weekend driver get the same prize as a pro drivers... In RRS all prizes are drawn and everyone who entered can participate (except the final draw for the starter packs at the end will only be for dedicated drivers). In the next series, especially if it's done with equal cars, we could set a certain percentage for the lucky draw eligibility. Jussi

So did we come to any decision what sort of challenge we will be doing on september? Since the classes are coming, I think it might be the best to start class based series next, so we can all learn which cars will do the best in each class. Maybe 14 events, 2 for each class. In the second round we could ban all cars above the first round's fastest IGC. How does that sound? Jussi

Jussi Not bad ... that would be nice way to learn about their ranking as well. ... thou one problem might exist, if some players don't have the required class car then they might have to drive something else. Aside from that, this series will be nice

Aside from that, this series will be nice We are getting more free car slots, so everyone should be able to build at least one car per class. We do not need high class only noobs in our series. They can go race somewhere else. ...and by the way, a car that has certain class with performance disabled, would be allowed to race in that class. So basically, you could use same car in 2 different classes. Jussi

Developers just cancelled all future picture based racing competitions! With events, we’re introducing a new system called “Events-of-the-Day”. Each day there will be about 12 – 15 different events available in the world for all players to join. Every game mode (Sprint, Circuit, Team Escape, Pursuit Outrun & Meeting Place) will always be available every day, and the range of events will dynamically change at midnight GMT.
