Thanks bandit, she definitely is a nice old classic, although it doesnt know what it is lol, made by mitsubishi in japan and badged as a chrysler in australia, and she isnt no angel either though, spent the last few weeks sorting out electrical gremlins, first the headlights wouldnt work then only half of them would work then suddenly they all worked but then the horn died but not bad for a car that only cost me $850

Alrighty so i said i would be back lastime but i disapeared again just after the NFS world rally started due to my laptops sudden death although this wasnt a bad thing, It was a perfectly good excuse to buy a Desktop PC capable of gaming aswell as a 24" Monitor ill post some pics of my new setup in the setup thread. anyways while im posting in here maybe i should update the status on my Car So ive had it on the road for around 5 months now, just been cruising around crying at my fuel gauge and slowly modifying and repairing it, currently need to replace the carby as its dead and making me go through 50 Litres of fuel per 200klm List so far is -Extractors and 2" Sports exhuast -Tint ( 2 more days and it will be tinted) -Oil and filter change - New Air filter -Fuel filter -Spark plugs and leads -New Bosch GT40 coil, points and rotor button -replace rear window rubber stripping -and a sound system which is 4x120w Kenwood 4" speakers 2x Kenwood 6" speakers, kenwood headunit, and a kenwood 1200W Sub Cheers VGJONO

Jussi Chrysler that looks like a Toyota/Datsun/Mazda that is actually a rebadged mitsubishi and burns gas like a Land Rover. \ the only reason it is burning through so much gas is that the carburetor is a dud, couple that issue with a 1.6l 4cylinder and a 3 speed automatic gearbox and you sir now have no such thing as economy once i fix the carby and get a manual gearbox im hoping to manage 100klm per 10 litres or thereabouts which for an older car isnt that bad at all

Been a while again, thought i would update this and be somewhat social here, never forget this place, just dont play NFS much anymore. Anyways ive been doing ALOT with the old Galant. So not long into this year i managed to pick up a wreck with a worked engine in it for $150, poor thing had been slid into a tree So ive taken the wheels, the motor, and some spares i needed to complete a manual conversion from this car. New wheels on New motor ready to go in All bolted in Now just to make it difficult once it was all bolted in, and the last of the 4spd manual conversion done i jumped in and hit the ignition and it roared to life and i was happy, then i tried to find reverse so i decided since i had to swap the gearbox out why not upgrade, again 5 speed time I also fitted this standard tachometer to replace the broken clock, looks mint and works well too then i done some tidying up, made my rusty brakes all pretty and stuff haha All done and ready to cruise with my father and his 1970 VG Valiant mmmm that sound And some dashcam videos of me and my father driving up through the mountains Now for some more toys Cheers VGJONO

So i took The Galant out to Willowbank on Sunday for Mopar Sunday and ended up racing, and competing in their dyno Shootout. I ran an ET of 19.86 at 68 MPH. and pulled managed to pull 71.7 HP on the Dyno, since there werent many four cylinders at the event i took out the 4Cyl class in the dyno shootout This is a video from my dashcam on my 19.86 pass www.youtube.com/watch?v=AILPRwW6KSQCheers VGJONO
