OK! so I have been merrily driving around in Run doing moderately well and at the end of the 1st run in stage 4 before I get the result screen I get a freeze up and have to ctrl-alt-del out of Run. All seems well as I am in the next section where the guys hits the brakes in front of you in the cut scene. Only now I have Force Feed Back that I have not felt at all up to this point. WTF It was great, I felt the car movement and could feel if was at or over the limit and hoped that some magic thing had happened. Sadly when I came back later and started the game from menu the FFB was gone, reverted back to just steering with no feel. Has anybody got any ideas on the FFB as I have now tried it with and without the Logitech Profiler running and cannot seem to get it back again. B

Hi Wizard, havent had any problems with FFB here. Sounds to me like your game is conflicting with your controller software. If you use a logitech wheel, have you made a profile for The Run in profiler? If so, do you have any other profiles for other games? I cant have more than one profile or odd things happen to me also.

The game will not launch from the Logitech Profiler. It just sits in the Origin screen and does not start Run itself. So I do not have an actual profile for Run but the Profiler runs in the background with the Global settings much the same as you would do for TDU2. I have had the FFB either start working during a run and then not for the next run so I have no idea what is going on. B

Hey, I too have problems with FFB in Run, but I also know how to get it back again. I think it happens the most when I minimize the game and perhaps browse the net, then when I get back FFB can be gone. I then open up properties in Logitech profiler and shift gear or turn the wheel - then FFB is back up running once I get back in the game again. I have made a profile for The Run (and deleted every other profile) and perhaps the reason why Brian is unable to run The Run from profiler, must be because the exe.file it not being launched. I used the icon for The Run - found here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need for Speed The Run But I can not feel any difference launching from Logitech profiler and then the Icon on my desktop Poul

Thanks for advice guys. I cleared out all the other profiles and can now launch from the Profiler but I still lose the FFB every hour or so. Guess I will have to live with it. My next question is to Jussi. The entry pictures you have posted in the PBR for Run, where do you find those. Also and I most probably being a total noob here. How do I change the profile background and Icons??? I see that most of you have a country flag as your Icon. B

That happens to me all the time,,, you never know when till the first race if there is any FFB or not,,, just restart the game and it all fixes itself.... but after a restart I have to recalibrate my control settings...
