Some of the corrners appear to require some audible tire squeal to get the achievment for that corner. On some corners at some tracks, the only way to accomplish this is to use a slow car. The worst corner seems to be the first carousel at the Nordschleife Karusell track, and the same corner at the full Nordschleife track. The only car I got to work here was a stock Audi S4. I made a video: youtube www.youtube.com/watch?v=c9OmRpLKdRs&fmt=22.wmv file: rcgldr.net/nfss/nsnkas4.wmv

I may be wrong, but couldn't it be that some corners you have to master start a few corners before?? I've noticed, especially on the Nordschleife, that "you are being investigated" (having the yellow exclamation lit up) way before that corner comes in sight. So maybe you have to "master" the few corners before too.

I may be wrong, but couldn't it be that some corners you have to master start a few corners before? I haven't seen this with any corners. I've been using a trainer to reset my car's position to a saved position so I can retry the same corner over and over, and this has been working, without having to back up to previous corner. In this partcular case as shown in the video, the "investigation" time is unusually short, it starts later, and finishes much earlier than the same corner in the full Nordschleife. I'm not sure if there's some minimal time factor involved that would favor slower cars. It's more likely that that banked turn is bumpy and you need a slower, low grip car, in order to meet the "speed" requirement, but not have the car upset by the banked, bumpy turn. If I run a faster car there, if you go fast enough to get the racing line just below "yellow", which seems to be the speed requirement, the car flies off the banking, so the speed requirement for that turn, which is based on the car you drive, isn't taking the bumps into account. I've been able to master that turn 4 times now using the Audi S4, so that seems to be the car to use. The lower rated Honda S2000 is RWD and spins too easily there. Cosworth didn't seem to work either, maybe not enough power to grip level. The only car I got to work there was the Audi S4, moderate power, low grip, AWD. There may be other cars that work, but I'm not going to test them all.

grr damn karussel thats the last corner i have to master in this game. its very hard, i tried many times with Scirocco (full handling, stock power tuning). yes Ricardo, espacially on the Nordschleife u have to hit the line sometimes in a couple of corners to master the "section". i will now try stock s4 Tim

wow S4 really works in Karussel, but its still hard to master. i've seen a bug in S4-HUD, on the "tacho" (dunno if its the same word in english) there is 2 times 240 instead of 220/240 Tim
