If anyone here drinks Dr Pepper, could they PM me with a spare bottle cap code? Even though I've mostly stopped playing Shift 2, I'd like to have the Dr Pepper Camaro SS as part of my "collection" of cars. It would go with the Coke Viper I have for Shift 1.
In the meantime, I mailed a request for a free code, not sure how long that will take to show up.

Can't get one in this country, so I would like one as well, please, if possible.

I got the free code yesterday via the mail. Well not quite free since I had to use two envelopes and two stamps (one addressed to me inside one I sent to them).
Then after doing the code, I ran into a problem with the Dr Pepper Camaro SS being added, then gone the next time I ran the game. I found that by using a savefile where I did the non-limited edition stuff before ever logging in would trigger added cars to show up the next time I ran the game with my current save file. After getting the Dr Pepper Camaro SS, I then forced a save by going to options / gameplay and pressing shift.
Trying to test a workaround for other players that didn't have the save, I tried deleting the save, running Shift 2, logging in, exiting the game, restoring my save, and running Shift 2 again, but it refused to log in, with an error "you are not connected to the autologin servers ....". Trying to delete or use other saves didn't fix this problem.
I uninstalled Shift 2 and redownloaded it via Origin, and ended up with version 1.02 this time, and the problem went away. Originally I had the pre-order version from EA download manager which I assume is version 1.00 (no version info in the support \ readme.txt file).
Anyway, I now have a Dr Pepper Camaro SS to go along with my Coke Zero Viper from Shift 1.
It turns out there are 4 other "prizes" you can use other codes for, 3 events at existing tracks plus $20,000 game cash "prize", but I'd have to use 8 stamped envelopes to get 4 more codes, so it's probably not worth it.
