Just to add something that fixed my g25's horrid wobbly center.... If you dont have any warranty left you can just open the wheel up & tighten up the two screws that hold the bracket onto the motor, pretty straight forward.. Here's a couple pic showing the offending part/s Hope it helps you This is for the later model G25, the early one, like mine has a one piece optical encoder, all you need is a hot glue gun and glue the encoder back to the back of the motor...

Yeah mate, i'll pull anything apart, lol.. The buttons are easy to replace, i put a hole through my handbrake button, too much drifting, lol I got a nice lil button from Jaycar, a electronics shop here in oz, all ya need is the button, 6inch of heat shrink, a soldering iron, 4mm allen key and a small set of pointy nose plyers. The wheel is easy to remove via the allen keys BUT be careful of the wires for the 2 buttons, unplug them from the board behind the wheel, Carefully with the plyers, then take the offending switch out and replace, use the heat shrink to cover the wire fully as the plastic cover over the old button gets thrown over the left shoulder.. Be VERY careful bolting the wheel back on, make sure you don't squash any wire, and "bobs ya uncle", shes fixed
