Normal as slowest...holy? what lap times will i do if its true...i made all good Laps who are in Autolog records...with handling...normal... You tried other cars? Or its just an Apollo issue? Marco I believe that this might be affected by track/car, yes... I remember that in Barcelona Track (Catalunya), I did a similar test with Class C Cars, I think... There, Novice and Normal were similar and Elite was slower... Dont know what to think... Still, Novice seems to be always good... Rogério

I will check this out...I tried beginner no assist and i dont really like it, not because its fast, its bit unreal how You can just hadbrake the veyron on hockenheim after the straight, put 2nd in and just drift the corner...i hope we get an option to set assists/handling online in future..... One thing seems to be very helpfull: ABS...Without all my cars just squeetch straigh ahead, which give me much work on my right stick to not block the wheels Thats really good, i hated shift 1 for this...steering was possible with blocked wheels But i think i will have lot of work to get the steering working to me...its a nightmare, even GTR2 or Live for speed are easyer to drive with pad... Maybe it's just coincidence, but if I use novice mode while doing career events, I seem to be gridded closer to the front of the AI pack, usually 3rd or 4th, than I am if I use elite mode where I seem to get gridded further back.

Rogério I have a wheel actually, and a good one...But i play Racing games with pad since GranTurismo 1 on PS...I think im just used to play as this... And LFS is really easy with Pad, if You use both Sticks Marco

Thanks a lot Paul! Interesting solution... I never played around with the Speed Sensitivity... Should have probably... Will try these out and will let you know! =) Many, many thanks! Rogério

steering sensitivity 100% Steering sensitivity at 100% should make the steering more senstive in the middle and less sensitive at the ends, which is the opposite of what most players want. 50% should be linear, and less than 50% should reduce sensitivity when making small movemnts near the center (straight), and more when at the ends. This should change the wheel so the inputs translate into cornering g forces instead of steering. For example, if the steering at some position generates 1 g of cornering acceleration at some speed, it will do so at all speeds. You steer the same amount regardless of speed. This is how some real figher planes (F16) set up a computerized flight stick. A 6 g turn uses the same force regardless of the planes speed.

Hey Rogério, this stuff is for you ! Paul Hi mate! Tried your settings and things went well... I think I was missing messing around with Speed Steering... I read in other post, you use Combined Pedals? This was a mistake or its correct? Just wondering because that can explain a few things... Thanks again! Rogério
