Hi All, Jussi just bumped me on facebook and told me to come on over and join in some Shift2 fun when it happens and tbh i'm hanging for it, dang it looks awesome!! Also hanging for Dirt3, bring on GYMKANA!! Have been playing a bit of Dirt2 in between Medal of Honor and BFBC2.. Pretty much i've been running www.matureanzacgamers.com MoH and BF sections and head community peace maker, lol. I'll be dragging a few of my boys over for some racing as well, Mav has already joined, and i'm sure a couple more will follow, we still have a large FPS responsibility but we also need to relax, and been doing that of late with Dirt2 online, dang it's good online Cheers

Welcome to ISRC, I guess you already know Jussi so I won't go into much detail but I am the moderator for Shift 2, and I recruited Poul better know as Grnkjr0 to help coordinate these events... We hope to see you and your crew join us in racing Shift 2 in our PBRC events.... if you need any help on posting screen shots and rules just ask and someone will help you...... I have one question for you do you guys use steering wheel or gamepads? most of us here are using steering wheels awww bro, it's better cause it's on dirt, lol.... It's pretty much the same, just a lil different to set up.

Hi mate, thx, yeah, i'm old school, i was around on the old forums and in the shift1 days and a couple of nfs's prior to that, off n on. I'm a drifter so the last nfs was a flop for me, good in some ways but not as enjoyable for me as organised racing and simulation. My boys are keen for some organised fun and tbh i got to much on my plate with the fps games we play to organise some racing so i came back here as Jussi knows how to get it happening smoothly.
Most of us use wheels but a couple have gamepads.

I guess most of here are also consider old school and most of us are over the age of 30, I been racing NFS games since 2002 and also love to drift, I did allot of drifting in ProStreet and really like that game allot, however NFS Undercover and Hot Pursuit were both flops and a big waist of money.. make sure you watch for our PBRC thread I'll be posting drifting event when shift 2 is released... I hope to see you and you're crew there.. Hi mate, thx, yeah, i'm old school, i was around on the old forums and in the shift1 days and a couple of nfs's prior to that, off n on. I think i'm VERY old school, and play mainly Most Wanted, sometimes Carbon and I do have Hot Pursuit and Shift but I haven't got anough space on my computers hardrive... but when I finish Burnout Paradise : The Ultimate Box I should just have anough space for Shift. I am also one of the youngest on here, at 15. [glow=orange,2,300]Madster/James[/glow]

What i meant by old school is that i've been here before, on the original forums but yeah, i'm 44, and old school in many ways, lol. I've got a bit of everything when it comes to car games, all the nfs's, all of Colin's games and most any other good car game thats been released in the last 8yrs, lol. I've got 6 takers so far, 7 inc myself, and probably a couple more.. But our community being what it is i have to run everything past Council, of which i am one and the Admin, one of which is a best mate in rl, so i think we'll get a hall pass, lol. We have a bit of politics because we are a competition fps clan... I pre-ordered shift2 LE today, got my free keyring, w00t!, lol, but yeah, it will hit EB games on the 31st and i'll be knocking the door down at 9am, lol.

I said 'hi' in another thread you replied to before i knew you made this one...so...offically...welcome back! 'Tis good to see you again. I'm playing TDU2 at the moment. It's no where near as great as the first game, but it's good fun nevertheless. I don't know about getting Shift2. Not really my kinda thing, but we'll see. So we're basically all too old to still be playing computer games, and should all go out and 'get a life'. Lol Well, you guys are anyway...because i'm still the same age i was when i joined...

Hi Kat, thank you I want to get tdu2 but a couple of mates have scared me off it with drama's they are having, that and i'm pretty broke so i gotta choose which game i want most, but will have em all eventually, by then tdu will be patched and i wont whinge, lol. Never too old!! the average age of a gamer in oz is 30, MAG has most members over 40 with some 50's and a 60+ chucked in 8) Cheers

Hey Kat, does that game TD2 have any races???, All I see is free roamiing the city just like NFS World which sucks btw but Jussi seem to like. TD2 looks something like GTA too me but I installed GTA3 and turn around and removed it within a week... of my purchase, the game not for me... Shift 2 on the other hand should be the hotest racing game of 2011 I said 'hi' in another thread you replied to before i knew you made this one...so...offically...welcome back! Revit, TDU2 is not as good as the first one by miles. But it's still a good game. Much shorter single player unfortunetly. Yeah, wait and get it on sale. I should have done that.
Monster, yeah it does. Not as many as TDU1, and they're not as good, and there aren't as many. But yes it does.

Cool, thanks for the heads up Kat I'm hanging for shift2, i bought a PS3 just for GT5 and tbh i'm a little disappointed, it's very clinical for a car game, nice cars n heaps of em but what a monument of a game, lol. Dirt3 looks awesome too, it's going to be hard to juggle between shift2 and it when it comes out, i'm hooked on dirt2 atm, lol.

Hey Rev glad to hear from you , hope all is well. Cheers Mark Hi mate, thx All was well till my lil girl decided to break both bones in her arm at the wrist on a flying fox, man kids in pain are the worst thing to see, and with the doc shortage 42hrs on morphine waiting for a doc to set it was just horrid.. But all good now, as soon as it was set the pain stopped and she's back to her full on self, just with a kg or so of plaster hanging off her, 3 days later she run a hundred meter race at the school carnival and got 3rd, lol, my tough lil soldier
